Changing company data in KRS

After registering a company, it is often necessary to amend its data due to changes in shareholders (founders), a change in the company's address, or the introduction of new activity codes. There are two options for making these changes and subsequently updating the data in the National Court Register (KRS).

The first option involves making changes in paper form through a notary and submitting an application through the Court Register Portal (Portal Rejestrów Sadowych).

The second option involves making changes electronically through the Teleinformation System (System Teleinformaticzny S24). In this case, changes are only possible if the company is registered in this system and no subsequent changes are made through a notary.

The link below provides detailed information on the government portal regarding amendments to the National Court Register (KRS).

The Court Register Portal (Portal Rejestrów Sadowych) also provides information on the conditions and forms for amending company data.

Despite the relatively clear conditions for making such amendments, in practice, there are objective difficulties with submitting electronic forms. If you require relevant services or consultations, our contact information for phone, messaging, or the feedback form is provided below.
