From 1 January 2025, the minimum wage (minimalne wynagrodzenie) in Poland will be 4,666 PLN. The hourly rate will be 30.50 PLN.

The minimum hourly rate for full-time work (pełny etat, 8 godzin pracy) depends on the working days in the months of the following year:

• January, March, April, December: 27.77 PLN,
• February, May, June, August: 29.16 PLN,
• July, October: 25.36 PLN,
• September: 26.51 PLN,
• November: 32.40 PLN.

In case of full employment under an employment contract, the minimum monthly wage payable is PLN 3,510.92 after deduction of insurance premiums and income tax:

• pension insurance – PLN 455.40,
• disability insurance – PLN 69.99,
• temporary disability insurance – PLN 114.32,
• health insurance – PLN 362.37,
• income tax – PLN 153.

The minimum amount of insurance premiums for pension and disability insurance for individuals engaged in individual entrepreneurial activity and paying premiums on a “preferential” basis is PLN 1,399.80.
